We follow the AQA specification (4557) for DT Product Design. This specification consists of two units which are assessed at the very end of the course.
The Design & Technology department offer both lunch-time and after school sessions for students who need extra time to complete coursework. We also offer extra revision sessions at lunch times and during non-contact periods as the examination season approaches. Students must buy the Letts and Lonsdale ‘Essentials’ revision guide and work book as this is integral to the course.

http://www.technologystudent.com/ Here you can find excellent, student friendly resources to help with both revision and research.
Students should expect to be set at least one home learning per week, which should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
Students should equip themselves with the following essential items.
