Dear Parents, Carers and Friends.

Over the last two weeks we have had the annual process of choosing the new senior student team for Lady Lumley’s school.  Year 12 students have been nominated by their peers, taken part in a hustings in front of all the Year 12 and 13 students and undergone an interview by me, as their headteacher, members of the current senior student team, Mrs Allan and Mr Ambrose.

After this rigorous process, I am pleased to announce the new senior student team is:

Head Girl: Evie Wright

Deputy Head Girl: Molly Kay

Head Boy: Michael Kipling

Deputy Head Boy: Alex Eddon.

I would like to congratulate these four students on their success.  I would also like to say thank you to the other Year 12 students who took part in the process and to the outgoing senior student team (Hannah Woodward, Amy Paterson, Josh Spittal, Josh Davies) who I have thoroughly enjoyed working with for the past 12 months.
